Happy New Year!

To all of our blog readers: We wish you all a very happy 2009!

It's hard to believe that 2008 is over already. For us it was a banner year that brought us so much joy. We've been laying low over the last week and a half, enjoying some quiet time at home in between running essential errands.

I think Sabrina is about to get her 3rd and maybe 4th tooth (top jaw). That area of her gums seems a little red/swollen. Plus she's been fussier than usual.

Solid food-wise she is doing great. I've been feeding her organic rice cereal since Christmas day and each day she eats more and more of it. I'm waiting for her to learn that opening her mouth allows more of it to get in versus sucking at the spoon at her lips LOL. I have learned to keep at least 2 moistened paper towels handy for each feeding. She loves to grab at the spoon and before I know it, she has rice cereal all over her face.
