This morning when I dropped Sabrina off at daycare, I saw her run first thing towards the dishwasher in the kitchen area of the classroom. I was puzzled by that, and then the teacher explained why. For many months, a 3-year old gets dropped off in the same class until other teachers arrive (this is at 5:30am, when the center first opens). Well, that little girl would help the teacher pop these toys that get washed each night in the dishwasher into the "exersaucers" in the room. Now that the girl has moved on, Sabrina has made it her "job" to do this.
I was chuckling because she would have 1 toy in each hand, run to the exersaucer, pop in 1 toy, then go back to the dishwasher for 1 toy.
